Approach
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can freely explore and express how you are feeling. I help clients gain deeper understanding and meaning to their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Working together, we can address any difficulties you are experiencing, find ways to move forward and implement positive life changes.
I work within an integrative framework. This means I incorporate different psychological approaches according to what best suits you and your needs.
I work with individuals on a short or long term basis.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to understand your needs and goals. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, key events and relationships that may have impacted you and I’ll explain my approach. It’s also a chance for you to decide if I’m the right fit for you. There’s no pressure to continue if you don’t feel comfortable, and I can guide you to other resources if needed. And of course, everything discussed is confidential.

How long are the sessions and how much do they cost?
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and fees start from £75 per session. Payment is accepted via cash, card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.

Where are the sessions held?
I offer in-person sessions in central London at One Therapy, 20 Great Portland Street, London W1W 8QR. I also offer sessions online or over the phone.

How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your goals and the challenges you’re facing. Some clients choose short-term therapy, while others work with me for a longer period. You have the flexibility to decide how many sessions you’d like to attend.

I regularly review our work together, checking what is helpful, what we might change and how we can go about doing that. We work at your pace and you are free to end therapy at any stage.
Is therapy confidential?
All sessions are confidential and all calls, emails and enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.
What are my qualifications?
I trained at Roehampton University, one of the UK's leading qualifying centres for counsellors and psychotherapists. I regularly attend courses to continue my professional development and my work is fully insured and professionally supervised.
Am I a member of a registered body?
Yes. I'm an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by its ethics, standards and practices.
How to get in touch?
