Therapy for Anxiety in London
Anxiety can make everyday life feel harder than it should. You might be constantly on edge, stuck in loops of worry, or noticing physical symptoms like a racing heart or tight chest. Often people keep going on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside. Therapy gives you a place to slow down and understand what is going on.
I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist offering therapy in central London and online, working with adults experiencing anxiety in its many forms.

How therapy can help
We start by understanding what you are going through and what you would like to change. Then we explore what is feeding the anxiety, from current pressures to long-standing patterns, past experiences and beliefs about yourself.
My approach is integrative, so it fits what you need. That can mean deeper work on what sits underneath the anxiety, alongside practical ways to manage anxious thoughts and panic in the moment. Work can be short-term and focused, or longer-term if you want to go deeper.
