LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy in London
Growing up LGBTQ+ can leave a mark, even when life now looks settled. Many people carry shame, anxiety or a sense of not being quite good enough that is hard to put into words. Therapy with someone who understands these experiences can make it easier to be open about what is really going on.
I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist offering therapy in central London and online. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative: I work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, non-binary, queer and questioning people.

How therapy can help
We go at your pace. Together we explore how your experiences, past and present, shape how you see yourself and relate to others. Naming things that have often gone unspoken, in a space where you do not have to explain or defend yourself, can be a relief in itself.
From there, the work is about building self-acceptance, healthier relationships with sex and intimacy, and a life that feels more fully yours.
